We recognise that certain sectors will be more susceptible to human trafficking and slavery than others, but we are committed to driving high standards across all its supply chains, irrespective of sector.

Pennine Recruitment places paramount importance on only working with suppliers who treat their obligations towards modern slavery with the importance that we do. We will not work with any organisation within our supply chains that is unable to demonstrate a corresponding commitment to this subject, irrespective of whether they are required to do statutorily or otherwise.

We educate our employees regarding the types of factors which can indicate that a temporary worker may be subject to undue influence and actively encourages employees to report any suspicious activity.

We have developed a robust internal process that audits its workforce to prevent the possibility that individuals are being subjected to modern slavery.
